Shipping Information


At this time, we do not offer shipping.

We’re a small business trying to grow and scale in as sustainable a way as possible, and make a great effort to prioritize the needs of our local community.

There are a number of amazing game store throughout the country that do offer shipping, and we encourage you to explore your options while we work to build out our infrastructure to make shipping a sustainable part of our business.

When we do eventually offer shipping, we will update our shipping information here as well as throughout the store pages for your convenience.

In-store Pickup


All items in our online store are eligible for in-store pickup. In fact, it’s the preferred (and only) way to get your games from us for the moment.

When you place an order with us, you’ll receive a confirmation email and our team will work to process your order.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive another email letting you know your game(s) are ready for pickup, and you’ll be able to stop by the store to pick up your order at that time.

We typically hold orders for up to 3 weeks, but reserve the right to cancel your order early in the case of highly in-demand new releases (limited releases, new games, etc). This will be communicated to you in advance.

We will always reach out to you ahead of canceling your order to ensure you have the chance to pick up your items, and will let you know how long you have before we release your order. If you do not receive your order, we will refund you within 5-10 business days.

Pre-Orders


If you’re placing an order through our online store and your cart contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, please be aware that we cannot fulfill your in-stock items until your pre-orders arrive.

In case you’d like to receive your in-stock items before your pre-orders, please place them in separate orders so we can process them individually.

When a pre-ordered item arrives, we’ll notify you that your item is ready for pickup. Please note that pre-order items are subject to release dates. We will not release an item before its release date for any reason.

You will have 3 weeks to pick up your pre-ordered item following its release date and the date, and will receive a notification that your order is ready for pickup at that time.

In addition, we accept cash payments in-store, as well as purchases with store-issued credit. You can swipe or use our chip reader for card, and we accept tap-to-pay and contactless payment as well.

Your payment is processed securely through our payment processor: Lightspeed Payments. We do not receive or store your payment information in any way. Refunds are likewise processed through Lightspeed Payments.
