Which items can I special order?
Just about everything! While some products are out of print and, because of that, unattainable, we’ll do our best to get you whatever you need.
The types of games we can’t always get include Kickstarter-only games (especially Kickstarter-exclusive add-ons), out of print Pokémon/Magic sets, and rare one-time releases such as Warhammer box sets.

There are a few ways to get in touch to check stock and see about placing a special order!
You can either head over to our contact page to send us a message, email us directly, or give us a call at (303) 482-1829.

While wait times can vary (especially with rarer titles), your special order typically arrives within 7 business days.
We submit our orders every Monday, so you can expect your special order to arrive 3-5 business days from the Monday after your request.
Then, we'll email you when it arrives so you can come pick it up!
Do I need to prepay?

We don’t require pre-payment for most special orders. We may ask for a deposit on rare games or games we don’t typically stock.
Prepayment usually only happens for pre-orders through our online store.
If you have prepaid for a game and need to cancel your order (or don’t pick it up), you’ll receive a full refund.
How long will you hold my order?

We hold unpaid special orders for two weeks, and paid special orders for 30 days.
If we haven’t heard from you after our first attempt, we’ll follow up to let you know how much time is left.
If we have to release your order back to the shelf, we’ll let you know, and if you paid we’ll process a full refund.
