Before the Worms

Before the Worms follows ordinary people who have discovered parasites that feed on human suffering. Their enemy cannot simply be defeated once and forgotten: resisting it means confronting human cruelty and making difficult choices about what they are willing to sacrifice.

This horror roleplaying game focuses on personal stakes, stubborn hope, and the cost of standing against relentless evil. Its human-scale approach places the characters' relationships and decisions at the center of the story. Includes guidance on consent and safety for exploring its mature horror themes.
