The Blight has already infected you. In Blightfall, that corruption grants immense power while steadily consuming your humanity. Build a dark fantasy world with your group, then struggle to protect it using abilities drawn from the very threat destroying it.

The GM embodies the Blight and offers bargains that cost characters part of their remaining lifespan. Six classes express different forms of infection, while tactical combat centers on dangerous exchanges of risk and reward. Designed for a GM with 3–5 players and sessions of roughly 2–4 hours.
